Installation Refund: Customers are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the initial installation charge if the service is discontinued and the connection is disconnected within 15 days of activation. The request will be processed, and the eligible refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within a specified timeframe after the disconnection has been confirmed.
2. Monthly Plan Payments: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any monthly plan payments once the service month has commenced. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their service plans before purchase.
3. Service Cancellation: To cancel your service, please contact our customer service team with your account details. Our team will guide you through the process and inform you of any necessary steps or information required.
