Cancellation Policy for Vrinda Technology Services
1. Cancellation Requests: Customers may initiate a cancellation of their Vrinda Technology service by contacting our customer service department via phone or email. Cancellation requests must include the customer’s account details, service plan, and the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Charges: If the service is cancelled within 15 days of activation, the customer is eligible for a 50% refund of the initial installation charge. This refund will be processed within a specified timeframe after the disconnection has been confirmed.
3. Monthly Plan Payments: No refunds will be provided for any monthly plan payments once the service month has commenced. Monthly plan payments are non-refundable.
4. Equipment Return: Upon cancellation, the customer is required to return any equipment provided by Vrinda Technology. Failure to return the equipment may result in additional charges.
5. Service Disconnection: The cancellation process may involve the disconnection of the service. The customer should be aware that termination of the service may lead to the loss of internet connectivity and any associated services.
6. Outstanding Balances: Cancellation does not relieve the customer of the responsibility to pay any outstanding balances. Any unpaid charges or fees will remain due and payable.
7. Modification of Cancellation Policy: Vrinda Technology reserves the right to modify or change this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Company’s website or direct communication to the Customer.
8. Governing Law: This cancellation policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vrinda Technology operates.
By initiating a cancellation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this cancellation policy and the terms and conditions of Vrinda Technology services.
